You, my brothers, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge in sinful nature; rather, serve one another with love

Galatians 5:13 (NIV)

Being a Christian is not easy definitely for we are the children of God and each and everyday we’re tempted to carry out sinful acts. This verse reminds us, Christians, that Jesus sacrificed for our freedom, that we are redeemed because of the blood He poured for us. But don’t take this for granted. The moment we accepted Christ, we are saved but we are not free to do whatever we want to, but rather we must do what we ought to do, what is Holy in the eyes of God. Serving one another with love is one of them.
